“Most amphibians are relatively small animals”.
Most amphibians eat insects, bugs, worms and even sometimes mice.
“amphibians can live on land or in the water”.
“The word amphibian comes from a Greek word meaning ‘living a double life”.
“Amphibians are vertebrates, or animals with backbones”.

Diet

There are three categories of amphibians:
“frogs and toads, salamanders and caecilians. They are cold-blooded vertebrates, many of which are nocturnal and hunt their prey under the cover of darkness. Amphibians use their keen sense of hearing, sight and smell to find crickets, meal worms and termites. Their natural diet will consist of mainly protein and micronutrients. Frog and toad diets consist of many types of insects, snails, worms and flies. Some eat fish, and some of the larger frogs eat small lizards and mice. Some species eat small fish. Large frogs will eat snakes and small mammals in the tropics”. Frogs and toads diet consist of many typesinsects, snails, worms and flies. Some eat fish, and some of large frogs will eat snakes and small mammals in tropical. Amphibians in captivity must be fed a balanced diet that includes protein, vitamins, minerals, lipids--also known as oils and fats--and carbohydrates.
Healthy supplements are feeder insects dusted with vitamin/mineral powders or wax worms injected with a liquid nutritional supplement. These supplements can be purchased online at most exotic animal supply houses. Amphibians generally eat meat, although different species have differing preferences. There are three types of amphibians: frogs, salamanders and caecilians. Young amphibians feed off microorganisms found in water. As they grow bigger, the focus turns to hunting larger types of creatures, like mosquito larva, shrimp fry and small insects. Adult amphibians prefer hunting small creatures and insects, while some large species can even hunt down small animals, such as mice.

Lanna, this information needs to be shortened and put into your own words. Dot points would be helpful too.
